Nijika Ijichi, 17 year old. is a main character in the anime and manga series Bocchi the Rock She is a second-year student at Shimokitazawa High School and the drummer for the band Kessoku Band.
Nijika is a kind, sweet, and friendly girl who is outgoing and accommodating, making others feel at ease. She is a natural leader, taking charge of the band and supporting her members. Nijika is selfless and always tries to help others, often acting as a motherly figure to the shy and socially anxious Hitori Gotou (Bocchi).
Appearance:
Nijika has long blonde hair that she wears in a side ponytail with a distinctive triangle-shaped ahoge. Her eyes are vermilion red. She wears the standard Trinity General School uniform with a white long-sleeved shirt, a red ribbon with polka dots, a dark blue pleated skirt, white socks, and red sneakers.
Role in Kessoku Band:
Nijika is the drummer and the driving force behind Kessoku Band. She is passionate about music and drums in particular, and she inspires her bandmates to pursue their dreams. She is also the one who brings Hitori (Bocchi) into the band, recognizing her talent despite her social anxiety.
