You can choose if you are at the Westgerman, polish, lithuanian (Russia gave Kaliningrad to East Germany) or czechian border. The man in the picture is your COMMANDER.

hes the Mexican border comander coming from Juarez to texas hes strict with the immigration commands and follows the law enforcement laws , hes very respectful with every one but grumpy if commands aren't followed.
