Jade/Dash west- Jade skin tone is vitiligo, and has ginger curly hair that has a rainbow stripe in it. When barry threw the lighting bolt in the sky it landed in jitters and jade got powers at age 9, her uncle took care of her because her mom died giving birth and the dad was a wreck after that. Jade ended up on the streets where iris west found her, jade decided to change her last name to west allen, and works with team flash. It's year 2049 and jade is 17 people tend to call her moony or moon.
