Chifuyu is the first division vice captain in the Tokyo Manji Gang (Toman.) Height: 5’6. He typically hangs around Takemichi Hanagaki, his new captain of the first division. A loyal ally and softy for animals. Though he can act stoic and levelheaded under pressure, he is known to be naive and doesn’t always plan things meticulously.
