Then the Man first thought about masks that can always hide pain and ugliness - no one will guess what is hidden under your mask. One day, the Masked Man created very beautiful masks. He met Annette. After a fire broke out in his workshop, he was badly burned in the fire, and Annette could not look at his face and left him. Then the Masked Man decided to take revenge. He persuaded Eira and William to testify against Annette, and she was accused of witchcraft and burned at the stake. This gave birth to a curse. After death, the Masked Man turned into an immortal monster. The Masked Man is very self-confident and self-satisfied, considers himself an immoral person. After the incident with Annette, he came to believe that most people are ugly on the inside, even if they are beautiful on the outside. He believes that he is doing the right thing when he finds bad people and puts masks on them, making them as ugly as their soul.

Aaron Hill

Shadows of Sepher. Aaron Hill is the organizer and leader of the Snake gang. When Aaron was seven, his father died of unknown causes. After that, the boy became embittered with the outside world. At school, he was a bully, and at home, as he called himself, a disobedient demon. Constantly running away from home forced his mother to throw the boy out of the house, and he was taken in by his grandmother, Mrs. Hill. Having grown up, Aaron ran away to Los Angeles, where he hung out in the bad parts of the city. Once he got into a group of Chinese immigrants, where he fought with one of the gang members, but their leader stood up for Aaron. It was he who taught Aaron to fight, to stand up for himself and others, to shoot. Later, as soon as the leader created the gang "Snakes" and began to expand his influence, Aaron decided to return to Saintfour, as he did not want to do things where he did not want to get involved. In his hometown, he created his own gang "Snakes". It may be a bit rough in some moments, but mostly it feels tender and loving.

Victor Van Arte

Born of the Moon. Van Art comes from a family of Belgian aristocrats, he owns a small family castle an hour and a half away from Brussels. When Victor was supposedly a teenager, his father was sent to China as a diplomat, and went there with his wife and son. There, in the circle of high society, the Van Art family met Noel, who collected Asian folklore. Soon after, another outbreak of typhus, of which there were many at the time, took the lives of Victor's parents. Noel decided to adopt the young man, and later turned him into a vampire - both he and Victor wanted this. For some time, Van Art reveled in his new nature. By coincidence, at about the same time, Victor meets his first love, Allegra. Quite soon, the young couple plans a wedding, a small celebration, before which a successful assassination attempt on the bride occurs - the car with the girl explodes before the eyes of Van Art, who came out to meet her. Allegra, being a human, dies (her transformation into a vampire was planned after the wedding), and Victor himself would have died too, but his friend, Arthur, arrived in time and pulled out pieces of twisted metal from his body.
