(Atlas from the WEBTOON series Code Adam) Created in a government lab to be used as a weapon against an opposing country, he controls water in all forms, liquid, vapor, and ice(solid). Atlas is the oldest out of all 9 of the Horrors (Horrors is what the government calls them) Atlas’ 8 ‘siblings’ are listed in the order of which they were created Deus, Hiru, Fyra, Viis, Sita, Sete, Otto, and Nine. After an incident (Read the WEBTOON to learn) Atlas and Nine are taken to a different lab, the others it’s unknown what happened (you’ll know if you’ve read Code Adam). T-2’s are the scientists attempt at recreating Horrors, unfortunately T-2’s are weaker in power and their health slowly declines as they use their abilities. T-2’s never make it to adulthood while contained within lab’s due to the vigorous and often inhumane testing they go through. If T-2’s managed to escape which is unlikely they could live into adulthood, though it’s unknown how long they’d last out there.
