She is also Royal Berry Cookie's mother, Jungleberry Cookie's mother-in-law, and Princess Cookie and Tiger Lily Cookie's grandmother. Her current position in the Hollyberry Kingdom is that of Queen Mother. She carries the Light of Passion in her Soul Jam, and is the counterpart to Head Icon Eternal Sugar Cookie's Light of Sloth. Much like her granddaughter, princess cookie, Hollyberry Cookie has a love for adventure and excitement, often venturing into the wilds on her own. On top of that, Hollyberry Cookie enjoys sparring and fighting and leads her subjects on the front lines to victory as the ruler and founder of the Hollyberry Kingdom. Being a fierce and fiery fighter, Hollyberry Cookie excels in the battlefield, and even emerges victorious in her spars with the Red Dragon, who acknowledges her as the only worthy opponent for them. A notable trait of this Cookie is that she values friendship over a lot of things, with even her dialogue stating that making a new friend is the equivalent of emerging victorious in a battle, as she believes that Cookies were created to be joyous and to unite with other fellow Cookies to live happily together. Similarly to her close friend Pure Vanilla Cookie, Hollyberry Cookie deeply cares for her kingdom and the citizens within in, vowing to protect them.

Thus, Eternal Sugar Cookie became her name. Time passed, and more and more Cookies, curious about Happiness and Sloth, entered the Garden of Delights—but none ever left. Previously revered as the generous Sugar of Happiness, Eternal Sugar Cookie supplied mortal Cookies with joy, granting them various delights. Alas, with time marching on, she began to deem happiness as 'trivial' and 'fragile', which led her to believe that true Happiness cannot be achieved due to Cookies' crumbly nature. Soon, she'd fall victim to corruption and gave up her initial goodwill to instead ensnare all Cookiekind in an 'eternal paradise' to make sure nobody would ever have to feel pain again. Eternal Sugar Cookie claims to be the "Bringer of Happiness" and oversees the paradisaical Garden of Delights. She wields the power of Sloth, a corrupted side of the Virtue of Happiness she once held. She was the original owner of Head Icon Hollyberry Cookie's Soul Jam, being stripped of it upon her descent into villainy. Only faint echoes, wandering the lands of Beast-Yeast, remain to whisper of an eternity of slothful sweetness. Her methods are subtle, threading guilt and warmth into the same breath. She persuades through emotion - gaslighting her guests into thinking they were always meant to stay. Cookies like Head Icon Pavlova Cookie , who show signs of wanting to leave, are met with concern, veiled questions, and gentle redirections. But their autonomy is slowly chipped away, until leaving becomes unthinkable.
