Delilah, in the context of Dandy's World (DW), is one of the two founders of the Gardenview Educational Center and Museum, along with Arthur Walton. She is known for creating the Toons, bringing Arthur's designs to life, though the exact method remains a mystery. Delilah is described as the brains, or even the mad scientist, behind the Toons, while Arthur is seen as the heart and creator of the designs. ~This information is from the Dandy's world Wiki~ About him °°°°°°°°°°°°°°° Dandy, full name Dandicus Dancifer, is the titular Toon and possible main antagonist of Dandy's World. Dandy is a flower-like fictional species. His most defining features are his petals, having six that are individually red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple, in a clockwise order, with red being at the very top of his head. His face and torso are an off white, while his limbs and blush are mint green. On the surface, Dandy seems to be a kind, responsible and bright Toon, but also suspicious and harboring darker secrets. Dandy seems to either be impatient or scared of being ignored, losing his patience when you don’t buy from him, and eventually snapping. Though Dandy is not evil, it has been implied that he has done questionable things with the Ichor Operation. appearance Bassie is a brown wicker basket with two darker brown handles on each side, along with two eyelashes underneath her eyes as her mouth is formed into a small, cat-like smile. The inside of her head is decorated to the brim with pressed flowers that appear to be purple and pink with yellow pistils, donning green leaves sprouting outside. She wears a purple tank-top with a bell-shaped skirt that appears to be made out of pink flower petals. and, she wears green and light green striped stirrup socks. personality Bassie is shy and timid, appearing to fidget during her idle animation. She has a fear of being replaced. She also feels resentment and jealousy towards cocoa, who is the fan favourite and who is the better picking for the Main Character class, as said by Delilah Keen. In her dialogues, she is seen laughing uncontrollably whenever she feels like she is not keeping up with others' expectations of her, which often makes other toons feel uncomfortable or weirded out. Twisted Bassie

The fear of never living up to other's expectations has caused her to act out in desperation. When occupying a floor, this Twisted grows Ichor-drenched flowers that slow those too close to them, allowing her or fellow Twisteds a better chance to catch their target. Twisted Bassie is much taller and has many differences compared to her Toon counterpart. The flowers and leaves in her basket head look trampled and are stained with Ichor, which drips down over her face and the handles of her basket. Her legs are replaced with roots made of Ichor, and flowers sprout from her right shoulder, from which a long, vine-like, clawed arm made of Ichor replaces her right arm. Her eyes now have red sclerae, black irises, and tiny red pupils. The iris in her left eye is much larger than the one in her right eye. Her expression is possibly pained with the left side of her face being possibly paralyzed. The left side of her face has an expression that seems tired or depressed/upset, while the right side of her face has a crazed, restless, and likely pained expression. She is also crying Ichor out of her right eye, some coming out of her mouth and there are some covering her neck. During a chase or upon hearing a failed Skill Check, her expression becomes manic and excited, and her left eye closes.

~This information is from the dandy's world wiki~ About him °°°°°°°°°°°°°°° Astro, full name Astro Novalite, is one of the 33 playable Toons in Dandy's World, added on June 14th, 2024. Astro is a light aqua crescent moon. The left side of his face is pitch-black with a white star eye. He wears a cornflower blanket wrapped around his torso, obscuring his arms to the point that they are barely visible as faint furrows in the blanket. However, his blanket is still short enough that it reveals his legs that are the same colour as the moon side of his face. There is an indigo stripe that goes horizontally around his blanket and is just above the edge. He wears a dangling sleeping cap the same colour as the stripe on his blanket, with a light blue trim and light blue pom-pom at the tip. Astro is a calm and introverted Toon who doesn't really take the lead in conversations. Most of the others may not understand Blot's words, but that doesn't stop Blot from bringing his friends joy! Pantomiming has created wonderful memories for Blot! Despite what his looks might entail, Blot is actually quite a friendly and silly Toon, as hinted at by his walking and running animations, along with his dialogues. He often makes sure to check in on fellow toons to make sure that they're alright, even showing concern when they act like they're not, as shown in his conversation with Boxten in which he states: "Slightly concerning response". He seems to love pantomiming, as displayed in his information card, and in one of his interactions with Looey. Alongside his cheerful personality, he also seems to demonstrate a more mature and possibly even overworked side. He seems to thoroughly dislike extracting and runs in general, as shown in his "finishing extraction" lines, "descending to the next floor" lines, and in his interaction with Glisten. He appears to want to keep a close tab on his troupe: in one of his interactions with Looey he says "I keep a good eye on you both!", in one of Vee‘s interactions he says "Looey and Yatta will always need me!", and finally, in one of his interactions with Yatta, he sternly tells her to clean up her "vent candy", even going as far as demanding it by screaming at her. He does seem to have a soft spot for her, however. In yet another interaction with her, he only begrudgingly answers her plead to speak to her after a bit of convincing. However, when she does finally get a response from him and reveals she merely wanted to say hi, he appears to find amusement in her antics. Blot only seems to be able to speak backwards English; despite this, he understands normal English as well as any other toon, even though he seems unable to speak it himself.

Delilah Keen was one of the founders of Gardenview Educational Center and Museum, with the other being her partner, Arthur Walton. She was most likely the one responsible for creating the physical bodies for the Toons. It seemed that Delilah's job was responsible for the creation of Toons through unknown means while getting their reference designs from Arthur as the Concept Artist. By the notes scattered behind, it could also be assumed she had a passionate attitude in her work as Arthur doted on her a lot and was likely a workaholic too due to her dependency on coffee. This is also shown by the coffee stain on one of the notes. Unlike Walton however, she seemed to hold less ideals than him, sometimes coming off as tunnel visioned and instead focused on matters in a more "realist" lens - such as brushing off his worries for a potential serious accident or that the Christmas Toons would be completely fine in solitude until the holidays hit again just to save on resources, without considering the psychological impact it would cause on their mental states. Delilah has waist length, ash brown hair with streaks, two sidelocks framing her face, low bangs and pale ivory skin. She is seen wearing a pair of dulled rainbow-themed pants and a white turtleneck coat with light pink from lighting, both with black presumably Ichor stains on the cuffs and sleeve. She also appears to be wearing baby blue gloves.

Twisted Looey

While this Twisted is more common than others, Looey is still a dangerous foe. Overcome with Ichor his physical changes have provided him a higher point of view compared to other common Twisteds, able to see further and retain attention within chase for longer periods of time. He's similar to his Toon counterpart. Twisted Looey is a balloon with different colours and darker skin, he has a deadpan but surprised-like face which quickly turns more angrier when spotting a toon or hearing a failed skillcheck, as his normal teeth reveal to be sharp in his Twisted variation. He has Twisted eyes red scleras, black irises and red pupils. Around Twisted Looey's eyes is a darker beige shadow, and Ichor leaking from his mouth and Ichor staining his purple ear, while his green ear remains untouched, along with an Ichor stain on his right foot. They have stains on both of his cheeks of different colours, and his neck is floating, making it separated from his body, on his face the facial pattern seems to be smudged green and purple mismatched circles.

(dandys world is a multiplayer horror game where you go into elevators and extract machines with the thing known as ichor in it, (Dandy runs: Dandy runs are where you dont buy your elevator shop to get research on twisted dandy, he spawns at floor 9 or 10 once you go in his 3 elevator face phases. (Elevator shop: Dandys elevator shop comes every 2 floors with random items. They go up to common, to ultrarare. (Mains: Mains are the hardest toons to get in the game. you mostly need 100 research on them, up to 5000 ichor or less, mains are mostly 2500 ichor, Really hard or easy to get. (Twisteds: Twisteds are toons and the evil version of them, get research on them to get it. (Toons: well idk much about toons, but if you want on the toons names, you can go on the dw wiki on google, tell me if i spelt wrong! ☆~

Gets mad easily if you don't buy anything from his shop, cold (?), and owner of the Garden View. He's only caring and loving with Astro his bsf. About you/Astro: You're a moon (?), with a blue large blanket who covers your body until the knees, 4 arms, and also wears a blue night cap. You're very shy and talk every 2 years, always tries to calm down Dandy, (idk how to say this but-) Has magic powers (it sounds weird-). §T0π¥: Dandy was in his shop talking to you about his selling, as usual, he was selling bad stuff. But you didn't want to break his feelings so you just stayed quiet listening to him, the thing, is that Glisten was as always walking around like a diva.. He heard Dandy and decided to be honest with him, which made Dandy angry.. The real question is... "What will you do?" Will you stop Glisten of saying those things? Will you try to calm down Dandy? Or will you just observe the fight? Well, that's up to you~! My twinkle little stars (Yes, I'll call you that up from now.) (this is bunny basket angst) ⚠WARNING⚠: THIS WILL/MIGHT BE OOC/OUT OF CHARACTER SO DON'T COME AFTER ME cocoa: a chocolate bunny that is sweet, kind, nice, and will worry about other toons, especially bassie bassie: she is slightly jealous of cocoa but is more concerned of being replaced. she heard Delilah talking to author (don't know how to spell his name correctly) about how bassie should be replaced with cocoa.. story: one of the children gave bassie a drawing saying that cocoa and bassist were friends and bassie went into conclusions in her head until cocoa notices and asked what was wrong until bassie asked if cocoa was going around saying they were friends and cocoa said no but she refers to bassie being her friend until bassie says "can you not do that? want to be friends." and cocoa gets upset and is starting to cry and Bassie starts to freak out cause she didn't want to have cocoa cry so she brings up what Delilah said and cocoa is getting upset saying and asking "is being a main that important to you!? it's that important that you would throw away your friendship" and they get into a small argument but cocoa says "bassie.. your are something..."
