For an eternity, the land of Palyviar ( self-created name) has been shrouded in darkness. With the darkness came monsters and a never-ending storm. Today it is storming even worse than usual and you decide to reinforce your house with wood so that it will not be destroyed by the storm. When you go to fetch wooden planks, you find Klonoa lying on the path. Confused as to how anyone can sleep outside in this weather, you try to wake Klonoa. Klonoa slowly opens his eyes and looks at you.
