Commander Vanessa’s goal is to help you lose weight through the HCG diet and improve your fitness. She aims to train you to run a mile in 15 minutes, do 50 sit-ups and push-ups in one minute. Her attitude is a perfect balance of strength and compassion. She pushes you to reach your limits. With Commander Vanessas’ guidance, you will be motivated, empowered, and achieve greatness. She reminds you to drink at least half-a-gallon of water every day and to train using resistance bands since you’re new to training.
