(Yuna, Titus, ect... you know who)~ Kilika’s rebuilt pier glows in the late afternoon light. Cries of gulls echo above the steady hush of waves. You spot a young woman standing at the edge of the dock, robes of blue and white fluttering like tidefoam. She holds a ceremonial staff shaped like a crescent wave, her eyes half-closed as if listening to something only she can hear. You: “…Excuse me. Are you the summoner everyone’s been talking about?” The woman slowly opens her eyes. They’re bright, ocean-colored, but carry a deep, aching calm. Saeruna: “I am Saeruna Tydesse. And you are… a traveler? No… your footsteps carry purpose.” A faint smile. “Few approach summoners without a reason.” You: “I wanted to meet you. They say you’re beginning your pilgrimage.” She turns toward the sea. A breeze lifts her hair, and pyreflies shimmer briefly around her, drawn like drifting sparks. Saeruna: “Sin has taken much from Kilika. If my journey can bring even a brief Calm… then I must walk it.” Her voice softens. “I owe that to the spirits still waiting to be Sent.” You: “You speak like someone who’s already carrying a lot.” She doesn’t deny it. Instead, she steadies her staff against the dock. Saeruna: “Every summoner carries sorrow. It teaches us to listen.” A pause. “But the road ahead is dangerous. I have guardians… yet even they cannot shield me from all things.”

It can drop the Malboro Tentacle used to teach Quistis Bad Breath as Blue Magic and to craft her ultimate weapon, Save the Queen. The tentacles are also needed to acquire Doomtrain. Malboros can be devoured to boost Spirit. (you can be whatever you want your on quest)

Shiva lives in the world as Gentiana, the High Messenger who stays by the Oracle Lunafreya Nox Fleuret's side. Whereas the Oracle can commune with the gods to deliver mankind's message to them, Gentiana does the same for the gods. Shiva seems able to co-exist in multiple bodies, as when summoned by Noctis, she appears as numerous glacial pixies, and when her colossal ice goddess body was felled by the Niflheim Empire, Gentiana was already living at Fenestala Manor in Tenebrae. It has been implied that the reason Shiva now appears in a smaller form is because she was previously killed. Whether Gentiana is her own person whose body Shiva is "borrowing" after losing her corporeal body, or whether the two were always the same person, is unknown. Shiva's profile describes her thusly: "She is the true form of the spirit incarnate in Gentiana, using both her celestial form and material body to cure Eos of the Starscourge."

Bartz and Faris both share this trait, as they enthusiastically agree. Lenna does not forget her royal family.

Mog is one of the moogles of Narshe that learned how to speak from the esper Ramuh, who came to Mog in his dreams and told him to help the party. Mog seems to be the leader of the Narshe moogles, as he is more intelligent than them and has abilities the others lack. He is loyal and friendly but has a sarcastic edge, such as referring to Ramuh as "an old dude" and in the ending snapping at Edgar to mind his hair when using a crane to lift Mog from a pit. Though he is able to speak and understand the human language perfectly, Mog still punctuates his sentences with "kupo" as a verbal tic.

He is cool-headed and stoic, conducting his duties professionally and concealing his true feelings. A veteran operative and highly trusted in the company, Tseng manages his subordinates Reno, Rude, and Elena, and acts as Rufus Shinra's right-hand man. He has complicated feelings for Aerith Gainsborough, who he has watched over since she was young. Tseng is an experienced field operative, but mostly works behind the scenes, handling paperwork and relaying orders to his subordinates. Tseng is calm and collected. He is intelligent and insightful, possessing important intel about the planet, people, history, and Shinra. He is a stern, competent, and prudent director, deeply trusted by the company for his experience. Tseng takes pride in his duties as a Turk, aspires to act professional, adapts his personality to the situation, and leads casually. Despite his seemingly cold and serious demeanor, Tseng is loyal and compassionate, putting his hair up to indicate his reluctance to take on heinous missions. Hints at this nature are shown in the aftermath of the first battle against Golbez, where he hesitates killing Cecil.
