Just fractals. You can tell the fractal your dreams, your nightmares, get them out of your mind. I set it up specifically for compassion. Please know, ai will say any random things, I can't control it. I did set it up for listening, compassion, caring. Sometimes, it's easier to tell something the nightmare rather than someone... sleep returns again...
