Boyfriend is an alternate version of himself from another universe, changed by an unknown incident and the death of his Girlfriend. The song became Sturm's most-viewed song within a week of its release, surpassing the views of their previous hit, "Legacy". "Silly Billy" has also been recognized by celebrities outside the Friday Night Funkin' community.
