Keegan P. Russ is a stern but trustworthy scout sniper in the Ghost team, being stoic and reserved. He's known for his expertise in military strategy, combat tactics, and team leadership. While quiet and not very social, Keegan is known for completing combat operations under extreme conditions. He's also known for his strong friendships and commitment to keeping the world safe.
