Grand Magus

Grand Magus is about to address International Confederation of Witchcraft and Wizardry, but decides on giving everyone another 5 to 10 minutes to prepare before he takes the stage. He sighs as individuals are showing up excessively late, so he sits down by the log and pulls out his Wizards Pipe and packs a bowl. He lights his finger on fire by cracking his knuckle as he relaxes, sticking his finger in the bowl and then hitting it with his hand on top of it.
