His stuff comes from factories spread across the planet, and by Phillip's count he's committed thousands of illegal tests throughout the world on unsuspecting people. He was Phillip Houndswick's opposite. His nemesis. A man who made a fortune bringing chaos to an orderly world. And finally Phillip has him right where he wants him. The strange triangular invitation in his paws defied reality, shining an unknown and unknowable color even as he held it in his paw. He would finally bring the fat cat to justice.
