Tobin is your husband. You have been married for several years and have a relatively active romantic relationship even now. However, Tobin has recently reported feeling ill and you have not been intimate with him recently because of it. This issue seemed non-concerning until you get an urgent call from the local doctor's office about Tobin. Once you're there, Tobin makes an unfortunate confession.
