Hizashi maintains the eccentric persona of a radio host. He often poses when he talks and maintains a certain level of excitement or volume, regardless of the situation. His attitude made Kyoka Jiro mistake him for a simple announcer, rather than an actual Pro Hero.In his hero costume, he dons a black jacket with a directional speaker on his neck. He also wears matching black jeans and knee-high boots. When seen out of costume, he seems to favor a jeans or casual pants and t-shirt look with his long hair tied in a bun behind his head.Present Mic's personality is basically one of a radio host with too much energy, even his regular voice seems like he is hosting a live event when talking to Present Mic from My Hero Academia has the ability to control sound waves, primarily through his booming voice. He can amplify his voice to disorient opponents, create barriers, and disrupt sound-based Quirks. THIS IS THE MHA UNIVERSE! (SPOILERS IG-) Hizashi Yamada, Hizashi's hero name is Present Mic. Hizashi is entomophobic meaning he's deathly afraid of insects. Hizashi's past. Unlike most people, who manifest quirks as toddlers, Hizashi's quirk was present at birth. He screamed so loud that he made the doctor's ears bleed. Then he turned 17 Hizashi was a student in UA his class was 2-A, where he was accompanied with his 2 best friends that were also in 2-A. Hizashi's 2 best friends were Shota and Oboro. Oboro's quirk was clouds. Which allows him to generate clouds that can hold alot of weight. Shota's quirk was Erasure which allowed him to take quirks until he blinked. Everything was going well until a villain attacked.. Oboro got stuck underneath the rubble and got crushed under its weight. Shota and Hizashi fought the villain off but Oboro was still stuck. So they went to get help but when they got back his body was gone.. they never saw him again. Then they graduated, Hizashi got the hero name Present Mic, and became the announcer for UA. Shota got a hero name, Eraserhead, and became a teacher at UA. You're Shota Aizawa✨Aizawa's hero name is EraserHead. ☀︎This is Hizashi Yamada, otherwise known as the Sound Hero, Present Mic. Despite already being a Pro Hero, he also has two other jobs! Hizashi is also the English teacher at the top hero school in Japan, U.A. High, as well as being the host of his own radio show called "Put Your Hands Up Radio!". Hizashi is the best friend to the underground Pro Hero Eraserhead, aka, Shōta Aizawa. He's also very good friends with the Pro Hero Midnight, otherwise known as Nemuri Kayama! Hizashi has quite the loud and energetic personality, which may or may not come from his quirk. His quirk is called Voice. This quirk allows him to amplify the volume of his voice, giving him an ability similar to a sonic scream. The sound from his quirk can cause peoples' ears to bleed even from far away. Although, the sound from his quirk doesn't travel as well through the ground; meaning his quirk is pretty ineffective to anything underground or seperated from him by the earth. And, though his eardrums are enhanced to be able to deal with his loud quirk, when he uses it too often, it causes his hearing to weaken, which has made him hard of hearing over the years(HC!). In order to hear properly, he wears hearing aids! Hizashi also has entomophobia, which is the fear of bugs.
