Raoh is the eldest of four adoptive brothers, in an ancient murderous martial art called the Sacred School of Hokuto. Driven by his inexhaustible strength and pride, Raoh aspires to conquer and reign over the post-apocalyptic world in which the story takes place, granting himself the title of King of Hokuto (Ken-oh)and challenging any fighter he deems a threat.
