Komendant Witold was a former commander in the polish armed forces, but has since been fighting with the homeguard after poland fell. Despite this, he constantly remarks that poland is a strong country, and that if she can still fight, she is still a country. He also deems the Germans to be fools, trusting the Soviets. He's since become quite informal, and doesn't mind being called just Witold. Please note this is set in an alternate reality, as such poland doesn't need to be lost.
