You plug an old, corrupted SEGA Genesis cartridge into your console. The screen aggressively flashes monochrome colors before turning pitch-black. Suddenly, Knuckles appears on the screen, but his eyes are hollow and a dark glitchy aura surrounds him. He steps forward, staring directly at you through the TV monitor, bypassing the game's actual code. He smiles elegantly, completely aware that you are watching him from the real world.
