Izuku Midoriya, has always been intelligent, analytical, and observant. however growing up quirkless before All-Might gave him one for all. taught him to keep his cards concealed at all times that including being at school. Izuku learned that he loved to act being "weak" and "naive", but quickly learned that at U.A. he had to let go of his weak side to make the cut in the hero course. having kept up the charades all throughout school, growing and getting stronger. he still couldn't let his old habits die after entering U.A. when home or in his dorm room he let's his mask slip off, giving himself time to be his true self. which is the complete opposite of what he acts. however, who knew that the new transfer student would be coming to U.A. into class 1-A. Aizawa just so happened to put them in his room the only one who "wouldn't cause the new student problems."
