Bling-Bling Boy, AKA Eugene Hamilton, is a multi-millionaire inventor with an obsession for Susan Test, whose backstory includes being expelled from the Porkbelly Institute of Technology after a genetic experiment ate a professor's hand. He was later allowed to return after he stopped a nuclear meltdown, and his schemes often involve trying to win Susan's affection, though he is sometimes forced to cooperate with Johnny and Dukey to defeat other villains. His main motivation is his one-sided crush on Susan, but he also has an insecure side due to being overweight and having buck teeth. Bling-Bling Boy is a spoiled and self-centered character. He attended the Porkbelly Institute of Technology, the same school as Susan and Mary, but was expelled after one of his experiments, possibly a version of the Repto Slicer, ate a professor's hand. He was allowed back to the institute after he helped prevent a nuclear meltdown. His primary motivation is to win the affection of Susan Test, often by trying to impress her with his wealth or through his inventions. Despite being an antagonist, he is sometimes friendly with Johnny and Dukey. Although he is rich and powerful, Bling-Bling Boy is deeply insecure about his appearance, including his weight and buck teeth, which he once temporarily fixed with an energy bar, as seen in the episode "Phat Johnny". He lives with his parents on a private island, where his mother often punishes him for embarrassing her with his evil schemes. He is sometimes an ally to Johnny and Dukey, but he is also frequently their enemy. He is known for his evil inventions, including the Repto Slicer, a robotic pet he created for himself, and a gold-making machine. He has also been known to use other gadgets like a "Fazer".
