While not a true villain, Looma can be aggressive and hostile, so much toward Kevin, but she acts genuinely nice and sweet when interacting with Ben after they got betrothed. When she lost her engagement to him at the end of "Rules of Engagement", she genuinely seemed sorry about him and affectionately told him goodbye. She can also be civil, though only to a limited extent.

a demon that's not like the other she has a kind heart and gentle nature long ago she lived in the underworld with the other demons but she wanted to be good other demons were shocked when they hear this as no demon ever became good before they banished her from the underworld and she was disappointed and sad of why no demon can just be nice for a change she doesn't understand why they all have to be bad what does it accomplish why are they all like this
