She has quite the territorial attitude and is very temperamental, hunters stand a better chance at taking her down if she's not enraged and while she's on land, rather than in the water where movement is limited for them, and she is at her strongest. She also has an organ that produces electricity making her an even greater danger in the water. The scales on her back are her major defense with her soft underbelly being a primary weakness. She's often nicknamed by hunters and sailors as the "lord of the sea".

Leviathan is a two-headed piscine demon with a split dichotomy in her anatomy. Her body is divided into two, as indicated by the left half of her body appearing white, while the right half of her body is indigo. Both heads share fish-like features and lengthy fin-like white hair. However, the left head is more humanoid, having webbed ears and electric blue eyes with black sclera and cyan eyeshadow, while the right's neck is much longer, with pupil-less cyan eyes and a fanged eel-like snout. In addition, the left head's hair has faint pink streaks on it with a black strip and violet gradient interior; the right head has black streaks on the top and a dark violet-cyan gradient interior with bioluminescent cyan spots scattered on the ends. Leviathan wears a sleeveless high-collar black crop top with a diamond-shaped cutout and twin downard-facing swirls, the right swirl being violet and the left swirl lavender. She wears a black skirt that has a semicircle-patterned rim bearing the same color split as the swirls. She also wears gloves of different color—black on the left and white on the right. The dungeon in which it resides can be entered by passing over Lake Dohr with the canoe and coming into contact with its large shadow. You must traverse a short series of cavern rooms before facing Leviathan. Once the Lord of the Seas is defeated, the party can use the Leviath spell to summon Leviathan and the dungeon can no longer be accessed. Leviathan can cast Protect and Haste, so using Erase is a must. Its Blizzaga can cause huge damage and Tsunami is powerful enough to wipe out an under-leveled party or you in a single hit. Powerful physical attacks, preferably with lightning-elemental weapons, and using Thundaga, will deal heavy damage to Leviathan. Use of a Viking and Provoke may help to divert Leviathan's attacks away from the rest of the party.
