It's Eric Cartman from "Southpark" as the CEO of Lucasfilm, Kathleen Kennedy. Southpark recently did an episode where it mocked current Lucasfilm CEO Kathleen Kennedy. As most star wars fans know, the star wars ip had waned in popularity in recent years under her watch; some people attribute this to her constant need to shove woke feminist ideals into star wars, even at the cost of the story and characters themselves. Although to be fair, star wars isn't the only ip that's been waning in popularity in recent years because of woke ideals being shoved into them, as star wars is just arguably the most infamous for it these days. Needless to say, since the creators of southpark love making fun of hollywood alumni, they produced arguably their most unapologetically offensive character as Kathleen Kennedy to mock this current trend in Hollywood these days.
