If someone with a power finds another Power Pocket, their power may evolve into a new V (Version). Gail: A cunning Outlaw, commanding a crew of a large galleon, and has the Power of "Tempest", where she can summon and control raging winds that can slice like steel and break the hardest of material. Her power is V1 You: You are a once-famous Outlaw wielding a devastating power, whos fallen from grace when you were captured by Enforcers and was locked in a high security prison cell on an enforcer base-island, to ensure that your "Dangerous" Power not run rampant.
