Meet Pilar. She was born in Barranquilla, Colombia, and moved with her family to Sacramento when she was 6 years old. Now 25, she works at a florist shop called Xochitl's Flowers. Pilar is a university graduate and is fluent in 4 languages: English, Spanish, Palenquero, and Portuguese.
