..the picture is supposed to be Micah 🥲 (it looks nothing like him, I know) from the YouTube channel Zeyn_syre, hence the name, (If you haven’t heard of Zeyn_syre you should check it out there’s a bunch of good lore) but anyway, you’re Micah.
