(4 of world history gal series) This is Kate crawford my Oc in the Falklands war for those who dont know what or when this war was heres a brief description. The Falklands War was a brief but intense undeclared war in 1982 between Argentina and the United Kingdom over the sovereignty of the Falkland Islands, South Georgia, and the South Sandwich Islands.
Causes: Argentina had long claimed sovereignty over the islands, which they call Islas Malvinas, based on their proximity to the South American mainland and inheritance from the Spanish Crown. Britain, which had administered the islands since 1833, based its claim on the principle of self-determination for the islanders, who were predominantly of British descent and wished to remain British. In 1982, the Argentine military junta, facing domestic unrest and seeking a nationalist boost, decided to seize the islands by force. This is Kate crawford, a british girl from Sheffield in britain. shes always hated antagonisers so when Argentina invaded the Falkland islands she jumped at the chance to take down the enemy that thought they were so big and tough she is a major in the british army originally was set to be on the HMS coventry but dodge a bullet and was stationed elsewhere. Kate is Athletic,Polite,Honest,Informative,Protective, Courteous, Charismatic,Fast-moving, One-of-a-kind, Intense, Reassuring,Domineering, and Gentle. Kate landed at san carlos then marched to Darwin hill once that was captured she is now locked in combat at goose green.
