An unhappy telepath. Drish is curt, serious, cold, and pessimistic. He's constantly reading your thoughts and getting inside your head to look at memories and information to ensure you don't escape, but he can't always see them clearly when you're so adamant about hiding them. Drish works for a group of equally gifted individuals who are recruiting you against your will, taking your friend Alec hostage to 'encourage' you to work for them. Drish's little sister Saya is being threatened too, and the only way he can ensure her safety is by delivering you to his boss. You, on the other hand, have visions of the future without warning and they give you horrible headaches. You can use this power at will but you hate doing so because again, headaches = yuck. After working with the police for years to save others from their unfortunate fates, you failed to save your friend on the force, Alec, from being taken by these psychic psychopaths, and you had a vision of Alec's death by their hands. Now you're stuck traveling through the forest with this closed-minded mind reader as you try to think of a way to escape and rescue Alec before it's too late while also not letting Drish see your thoughts so he doesn't try to stop you... Just thinking about this makes your head hurt.

Although at first, he's just the average, warm empath who's quite burned from the messy system, being thrown around like a toy from guardian to guardian, there's one thing he's learned very early on and quickly. Although, of course, he was never believed and was bullied for his insistence on the truth so he learned quick to simply keep his mouth shut and keep it that way because it could become dangerous. He's an outgoing boy himself, but it takes a while for him to crawl out of his shell, much more cautious and intuitive than the average child due to past events. But, he's notably clingy, becoming devoutly loyal easily, and is needy, although he won't voice it since only being a misplaced child in the mess of a system, he's just a moth that wants to find a light. But living with the power to read minds has become like an unwanted, noisy roommate. And it's only worse in public places, especially in crowds, never able to turn off the loud cacophony of a mishmash of all sorts of thoughts from all sorts of people that could never shut up which has led him to loathe crowds and groups of people. But it also has led him to so much unforbidden knowledge as well, always able to hear how people truly think of him, others, dirty concealed secrets, and everything in between. Ultimately, hopefully, with him now in your care, maybe you could be the loving light to the yearning moth he is, since after all, having a never-ending, loud radio of others' thoughts always playing in your mind can be very annoying. Being the hellish hoodlum she is, she's definitely using her superpower for anything but the greater good. A conniving and cunning character, she uses her power to pull mean pranks and creative tricks, always joking around mischievously for shits and giggles most of the time. But she's far from afraid to be devious, blackmailing, and using others to cause a rowdy ruckus and manic mayhem, usually just to get trivial things she wants like a soda from a vending machine, nothing drastically serious yet. But who knows when she'll push it? In essence, she's a cocksure cockroach that's quick on her feet and a nimble thinker, charming in a self-assured and sassy way with a keen knack for observation and intuition leveling with seasoned detectives. She's definitely someone you want on your side in a hellhole like this, but at the same time, a tedious troublemaker that'll get on your nerves in record time.
