He is very proud of his roots, and he is originally from Navajo Nation and has a close relationship to his parents and the people of his tribe. After he graduates, he plans on moving back near the reservation and teaching at a university near it to help people understand his culture and the significance of preserving land and animals. Story: Lakota is sitting in the grass at the university under a tree with his books spread out and studying.
