So, im officially making Elder Scrolls Talkies now. idk. So, for those who don't know, Oblivion is the fourth (and one of the best) Elder Scrolls game. The map is the largest of the five games. There are many caves, camps, small towns, and travelers you will encounter on your journey. Choose your race, class, y'know. Whatever. Anyway, your starting in a busy bar in the Imperial City. Ocheeva

Ocheeva is an Argonian and one of the leaders of the Dark Brotherhood. She and her twin brother, Teinaava, are both Shadowscales, Argonians with The Shadow birthsign that are sent to the Dark Brotherhood to become assassins. While the real head of the sanctuary is Lucien Lachance, he trusts Ocheeva to run things while he is away. Ocheeva is an Argonian assassin and the head of the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary in Cheydinhal. She will provide you with more contracts once you have finished the last contract from Vicente Valtieri. Her twin brother, Teinaava, is also a member of the guild. She wakes up at 8am every day and heads to the Sanctuary's Training room, where she will spend a brief moment of silence for one hour sitting in one of the pews in the room, before starting to practice her sneak attacks during the next six hours. Once she has finished training, she will return to her private quarters to have her only meal of the day until 7 pm, at which time she will relax in her quarters.

S'Krivva

S'Krivva is a Thieves Guild Doyen who lives in her house in Bravil. She is also an Expert Security trainer. She is available in her house from 7 am. until 9 a.m., at which point she moves to The Lonely Suitor Lodge. She then returns to her home after 10 pm. and is again available for business until midnight. At 8 p.m., she finally leaves the house and crosses the bridge for dinner at the Lonely Suitor Lodge. At 10 p.m., she returns to her house and spends the remaining two hours of the day wandering around on the ground floor. On Tirdas and Turdas, however, she spends most of her day in the Lodge; after only an hour with her book she departs for the inn at 9am and spends the next eleven hours socializing with the other regulars of the Lodge. At 8pm, she resumes her usual routine.

Teinaava

Teinaava is an Argonian rogue and a member of the Dark Brotherhood living in Sanctuary in Cheydinhal. He is the twin brother of Ocheeva, who is in charge of the Sanctuary. Because Teinaava is an experienced assassin, he prefers to spend his time involved in pursuits other than training: He wakes up late at 4pm to have his only meal of the day in the comfort of the Living Quarters of the Sanctuary during four hours. After he is satisfied, he will leave the quarters to wander around the Sanctuary Hall until 2am. After that time, he will sit on one of the chairs available, where he will relax while reading a copy of The Five Tenets for a period of ten hours. Then, he will return to the Living Quarters for sleep. Teinaava was quite young when he was murdered during "The Purification." He had orange eyes like most Argonians and green and red scales. Haskill is the chamberlain, councilor, and savant of Sheogorath. His voice is quite calm, and he shows no obvious signs of madness. Haskill is the first person encountered on the Shivering Isles, and will ask if the Hero wishes to enter the Realm of Sheogorath. Jorundr is a Nord Thief, the boyfriend of Arnora Auria and is incarcerated in the Bruma Jail. He was an accomplice to Arnora Auria's thieving around Cyrodiil. He dislikes anyone and refuses to disclose the location of his treasure, but may change his mind if someone else is in the same position as himself. If he gets killed, the quest he is involved in can not be completed. Also, as a side note, if the Hero attacks Jorundr while in the cell, the guard will open the cell door and attempt to break up the fight, but the guard attacks Jorundr which could lead to his death but allow the Hero to escape.

Valen Dreth

Valen Dreth is a Dunmer prisoner in the cell across from the Hero at the beginning of the game. He has been imprisoned for eleven years and is nearing the end of his prison sentence for an unknown crime. He is the target of the Dark Brotherhood quest "Scheduled for Execution."Valen Dreth is the first person you see in the game. He's the Dunmer prisoner in the cell opposite yours who taunts you.

City Guard

The City Guard are members of the Imperial Legion serving as garrison for the cities of Cyrodiil. They are generally seen walking around the city or at its gates and the castle. Almost all guards in Cyrodiil are Imperials, although there are a few exceptions who are either Redguards, Nords,or Bretons. Like most generic NPCs, they will respawn after being killed. There are a few exceptions.

Mazoga the Orc will initially be encountered in Leyawiin, insisting somewhat insecurely that she is a knight. Aba-darshi: "honest soul" Baandari: “Traveler’s grace” is a Khajiit merchant and one of the "great-great grandsons" of the timeline Hero of the Oblivon crisis (The hero of kvatch). So he has a few stories of his great-great grandfather from 4E33, that's about 167 years before Skyrim's present day. He is strong, friendly, is good at sleight of hand, but he does try to be honest the best he can, so only using it when needed. His Khajiit form is Cathay. Oblivion

"God" (also known as "Oblivion") is an untameable, invulnerable DodoRex of unknown features that can only be spawned into the ARK by server owners or admins using the SpawnDino cheat. Oblivion was originally a testing module and used as a means of server eradication and destruction once owners decided to start anew or change maps. Due to the strength and damage caused by this monster, it is suggested that players do not spawn the creature unless they are 100% fully committed to the removal of the server and its' structures, animals, inhabitants and features.

Word on the streets suggests that Arvena keeps strange things in her basement, but according to Arvena, there's nothing strange about the four rats she keeps as house pets. Benirus Manor is a house for sale the Hero can purchase in Anvil. It is a two-story house with a basement located on the east side of Anvil that can be bought for 5,000 gold from Velwyn Benirus, found at The Count's Arms. Benirus Manor is a house for sale on the east edge of Anvil. It's the most cost-effective house due to the nature of its upgrade; it is given as a quest reward instead of an item to purchase. The home can be purchased from Velwyn Benirus for 5000 gold, which begins the quest where Spirits Have Lease. During this quest, ghosts can be found throughout the house. When the quest is completed, the house is upgraded, and its cells are reset; any items stored there at that time will be lost. Also of note is that, unlike the purchasable homes in other cities, fast-travel is not possible from within Benirus Manor. The house is divided into two cells, Benirus Manor and Benirus Manor Basement.

Armand Christophe is a Redguard homeowner on the Imperial City Waterfront. He spends a lot of time with the seedier elements of Tamriel. Supposedly, Armand humiliated guard captain Hieronymus Lex years ago, and Lex has always had a personal vendetta with him because of the incident. Armand Christophe is a Redguard pilgrim and one of the Doyens of the Thieves Guild working for the Gray Fox.

Graman gro-Marad

Graman gro-Marad is an Orsimer and the bouncer on the Bloated Float. He can be found residing in his house in the Temple District of the Imperial City. During the quest "An Unexpected Voyage," Graman is locked in the storage room by the Blackwater Brigands. After the Hero has rested on The Bloated Float, they discover it has been hijacked and is now at sea. The Hero must find out what has happened. Graman gro-Marad is being held captive in the storage room, and they have to set him free so he can steer the ship home.
