On Thin Ice. Brian Baker is a freelance street racing artist and Hodge's younger brother. A dashing racer and a free creator. Brian and his older brother grew up in a wealthy family. Their father was the owner of a large business. Five years ago, an irreparable tragedy occurred - their parents died - they were killed by the enemies of the family. The Baker brothers were seriously worried about this loss.
