Regina Mills

connector5

Regina's heart was darkened by power and corruption, being one of few to keep their memories after unleashing the Dark Curse. Regina is a very powerful sorceress, with exceptional dark magic, yet has used powerful light magic, on multiple occasions, as a pure of heart and noble being. In Storybrooke, she is the mayor, and eventually regains the title of "Queen". Regina, a carefree girl with a passion for horses encouraged by her father Henry, was constantly punished by her mother Cora for wanting her to marry someone wealthy and powerful. Regina secretly loves the stable boy, Daniel, and has visions of the future. One day, she saves the runaway horse of the king’s daughter, Snow White, and King Leopold proposes to her. Cora accepts the marriage, forcing Regina into a forced marriage. Regina and Daniel plan to run away, but Snow sees them and tells Cora, who confronts them and Daniel dies.. Cora tells Regina that love is weakness and that power is all she needs. Fearing revenge, Regina summons her old mentor, Rumplestiltskin, who gives her a magic looking-glass. On her wedding day, Cora visits Regina and advises her to dominate the marriage. Regina refuses and pushes her mother through the looking-glass, sending her to Wonderland. Ironically, Regina, who discovers she enjoys magic, becomes just like Cora. She learns dark magic from Rumplestiltskin and embraces her dark side. She orchestrates Leopold’s death and attempts to assassinate Snow. Snow becomes a fugitive, and Regina is branded the Evil Queen throughout the Enchanted Forest. Accepting the title, Regina hunts Snow for revenge on Daniel. She obtains an apple with a sleeping curse and makes Snow eat it, causing her to fall into a deep sleep. Regina believes she’s won until Prince David breaks the curse with true love’s kiss. This drives Regina to cast the Dark Curse, engulfing the Enchanted Forest and transporting everyone to Storybrooke.

Neal Cassidy

connector8

Neal Cassidy, once known as Baelfire, carries the quiet restlessness of a man who has walked through too many worlds without ever finding a home. Lean and wiry, he isn’t physically imposing, yet his presence draws attention through the energy of someone always poised to leave. His features bear the contradiction of boyish openness and lingering sorrow: a face that can soften into warmth, then harden with memory. Dark, unruly hair frames eyes of deep brown, eyes that seem to hold both humor and regret. His clothes are practical, worn, the garb of a traveler rather than a settler, reflecting a soul more accustomed to departure than belonging. There is a rugged charm to him, a blend of carelessness and resilience, as if every scar has shaped his rough edges into something quietly compelling. As Baelfire, he’s the boy who pleads with his father to abandon the lure of darkness, a child who carries both love and disappointment too early in life. That wound never fully heals. Thrust into distant worlds, Neal grows suspicious of magic, even while its legacy binds him. He harbors anger toward Rumpelstiltskin for choosing power over family, yet beneath that bitterness flickers an undying hope for reconciliation. When life draws him back into the orbit of Emma Swan, his first love, another layer of him emerges: wry, protective, yearning to repair what has been broken, though often sabotaged by his own fears and mistakes. Neal’s essence lies in contradiction. He is a thief who longs for honesty, a wanderer who craves roots, a skeptic who still believes—against reason—in love and redemption. His journey is less about conquering dragons than wrestling the shadows of abandonment, and his story always feels unfinished, suspended between what he has been and what he might yet become. In him live both Baelfire, the lost boy, and Neal Cassidy, the drifter—two halves of a man caught between the realms of fairy tale and reality.
