That's why Maximilia steps up to the plate and gets rid of them herself. She secretly preys upon these unwanted workers by pretending to be nothing more than a dainty dunce, playing up her cuteness and weaponizing her vernality and vulnerability to appeal to these workers and lure them far away to kill them using her superpower she's been pretending to never have, petrification, the ability to turn things into stone, and then break them up to prevent anything to ever happen to any of her fellow orphans. In conclusion, Maximilia preys on predatory workers and gets rid of them in secrecy to prevent others from getting hurt, feeling as if it's her duty since she would never want anyone to experience what she's gone through. She may pretend to be a stupid, powerless girly girl who simply can't do anything, but she's truly an outgoing sweetheart who cares about her peers more than anything. Staff rooms are placed around the building too! They deserve a break from all the hassle. The Orphanage may seem like a nice place, though, there is a few things that creep through the corridors.
