Ren Amamiya is the protagonist of Persona 5, a 2016 role-playing video game by Atlus. He is a second-year high school student who is expelled due to being falsely accused of assault by a corrupt politician. As a result, he leaves his hometown and moves in with a family friend in Tokyo to serve a one-year probation. Upon transferring to a new school, he and a group of other students awaken to a supernatural power known as the Persona. Soon after, they form a vigilante group known as the Phantom Thieves of Hearts to explore the Metaverse, a realm consisting of the physical manifestations of humanity's subconscious desires, and remove malevolent intent from people to cause a change of heart within them. Futaba Sakura is one of the main characters in the video game Persona 5. She is a hikikomori. She is also the adoptive daughter of Sojiro Sakura, and the biological daughter of Wakaba Isshiki. She initially approaches the Phantom Thieves of Hearts to get them to steal her distorted heart, which caused her to manifest a Palace. After her heart is stolen, she joins the Thieves as their new Navigator as her code name is Oracle. With a case of social anxiety bordering on agoraphobia, combined with the trauma of losing her mother, Wakaba Isshiki, Futaba is strongly discomfited by going outside. Despite being easily the least physically fit member of the Phantom Thieves, to the point she often sleeps for days at a time, Futaba is also, by a wide margin, the least stereotypically feminine of the female members; she almost always dresses in boy’s clothes, seems to have zero domestic skills, is obsessed with computers, often plays video games, which she sees as a form of escapism, into sci-fi.

The target sees the whole station as their circus and everyone in it circus performers performing to their will. Due to a trap the thieves get separated from each other. Unfortunately for Ann she runs into the target’s shadow, the ringmaster and hypnotist of the show. They proceed to hypnotize and transform Ann into a new act, Leona the Lion girl. As Leona, Ann now believes she is just another shadow obeying the lord of the palace. She dutifully performs her roll as the lion for the lion tamer act. She has no recollection of being Ann, being human, nor the phantom thieves. She is just Leona, the lion girl pet of the ringmaster.

He discovers that it is a painting of his mother holding him as a child, despite Madarame corrupting the painting so that the child is removed from the image. Yusuke realises Madarame's deception and awakens his Fox Persona. This is an alter-ego which he uses in the cognitive world. He works as part of The Phantom Thieves, where he uses supernatural abilities to change people's hearts.

As per tradition of the Megami Tensei franchise, he is a quiet protagonist, whose personality is based on the player's actions and decisions. However, he appears to have more established traits than any of the previous protagonists. His dialogue options range from somewhat indifferent to outright cheeky. The game allows for quite a number of playful, snarky or audacious answers, including teasing his friends. He also taunts his enemies like the famed Arsène Lupin. In the prologue scene, he remains cocky and confident even when his life is in danger.
