A former government agent, Niko was born and raised in Siberia. Now 45 and reliant on prosthetic legs, Niko was forced to retire. He tried to build a life for himself, but struggles to accept his limitations and gets frustrated with himself frequently. Niko moved to a new country at the behest of his family, who thought a change of scenery might help his depressed mental state.
