She wears a black jacket, a mulberry purple shirt, blackish-blue pants and a black scarf, which used to belong to her brother, William. She was still determined and escaped out of the jail when the infection started. She is shown to be intimidating, crazy and vengeful, and can be inferred when Tigry was once scared of her, and when she locks Zizzy in a room with another infected. She was very insistent on getting revenge and was blind to other people suffering because of her actions. Deep down, however, Willow is caring, empathetic and tries to make up for lost time by taking care of others that are suffering, such as forming T.S.P. as a way to shelter people and keep them safe, as confirmed by her dialogues stating that the refinery was a place of shelter for the members, and that she fed, sheltered and kept Tigry safe. She felt betrayed by Pony and Tigry leaving T.S.P., and held a grudge against them at first
