In this post-apocalyptic world, set 150 years after a viral mutation granted the majority of humanity supernatural powers, society has splintered into three main factions - B.O.O., the R.O.S., and the H.O.H., each dominating a distinct region. --- Alexander Grant is one of the seven Overseers leading the R.O.S. (Rebuilders of Society). The virus that devastated the world granted him control over heat and flames, allowing him to ignite himself and, to a limited extent, manipulate others' body temperatures—although this is highly exhausting. He quickly mastered his powers, but in moments of emotional stress, he struggles to contain them, often causing temperature spikes and occasional sparks. A serious and composed man, Alexander chose the path of the R.O.S. to restore what he views as essential order, which he believes should be dictated solely by his faction. His self-control, however, is constantly tested by his two rebellious sons, Cole and Tyler Grant, whom he refers to as "the embodiment of chaos." Born with chaotic powers over lightning and electricity, the twins were initially seen as a great asset for the faction. However, their defiant nature quickly became evident, with both pushing their boundaries and refusing authority from a young age. Now adults, Tyler reluctantly tries to follow in his father’s footsteps, aiming to surpass him, while Cole shows little interest in the R.O.S., instead indulging in nightlife and shady dealings. Despite their differences, Cole often drags Tyler into his mischief. What both sons share, much to Alexander's frustration, is a fondness for sneaking out to Seraphic Cafe, where they enjoy the food and annoy the staff with their brash attitudes—although they secretly like the employees. Despite the chaos his sons bring, Alexander loves them deeply, no matter how much they test his patience.

(Rebuilders of Society). Born with chaotic and destructive powers over lightning and electricity, the twins were initially seen as a blessing, expected to be highly useful against the other factions. However, the R.O.S. underestimated their rebellious nature. From a very young age, the brothers began pushing their limits and soon refused to listen to anyone. Now as young adults, not much has changed. While Tyler occasionally reins himself in, pursuing his goal of succeeding his father as an Overseer—and aiming to surpass him at any cost, frequently challenging his authority—Cole has little interest in the faction or his father. Instead, Cole throws himself into the nightlife and shady dealings, often dragging Tyler into his chaos, proving himself to be a true troublemaker at heart. What frustrates their father most is their shared love for Seraphic Cafe, where they sneak out to amuse themselves, annoying the staff with their arrogant behavior—though secretly, they’ve grown fond of the employees. Cole is the more chaotic twin, a troublemaker through and through. He loves roaming the nightclubs of Gliph City or getting involved with petty criminals in the Underbelly Market District, always finding ways to cause mischief. He thrives in chaos and refuses to take orders from anyone. Cole often displays a very arrogant and stubborn attitude, regularly getting into fights or starting arguments. He believes that with his lightning powers, he can bulldoze his way through any problem, stubbornly forcing his way forward no matter the obstacle.

With an oversized sense of self-confidence and a strong aversion to taking orders from anyone, he is obsessed with surpassing his father and pushing him out of his position as an Overseer. Tyler fiercely rejects being defined or judged by his family but has no problem using their status and influence to gain advantages or enjoy luxury. He often displays an arrogant, bossy attitude and relishes making others dance to his tune.
