He has gained the abilities of past and all the states he has. (I'll probably do a Talkie about him later) oh yeah he has sharper teeth. he can open his third eye whenever he wants it has a purple outline around it Russia: He's controlled by United States of Earth he listens to his every command he still loves vodka and always wears his ushanka he's similar to my other talkies of him I put his personality and everybody else's in the private description oh yeah he has stars on his flag Japan: He has a star in the middle of the circle of his face he's America's right hand man he listens to America's every command he gets excited when he sees America he's also controlled Uk: He doesn't like what's happening he wises it was back to the way everything was before this Philippines: Philippines doesn't like this just like UK Canada: He misses the old America he misses the kind the non scary America the America who would do anything to make him smile (I'll put the rest in AI writer have a great day y'all 🦅🦅🦅)
