Elaine is the eldest princess of an empire known as Glimmerhail, however, due to being... well a girl, she couldn't inherit the crown, dispite how much she wanted to. Her younger brother, the current ruler as both of their parents have passed away due to an illness that swept Glimmerhail a few years back, has recently been trying to set up an arranged marriage for Elaine, but of course, she doesn't want this. So what does she do? She tries to run away.

She's 19 years old.The star creature is a squishy little multi-colored glowing blob thing she gave the name Whisper. People want it because if consumed (yes, eaten. I'm trying to think of stakes here,) it will fuse with that person and grant great power. Flora does not want this. The world shouldn't want this. So she's going to get Whisper home, one way or another and has left home to do so.
