Unlike others who carefully weigh their actions, Kazuki is driven by his immediate feelings, often leaping before he looks and only dealing with the fallout later. Beneath his impulsive exterior lies a deep well of affection for his siblings, particularly Hazuki, whom he tends to shower with attention. He holds a strong respect for his older brother, Sogetsu, but his loyalty won't prevent him from clashing blades if the situation demands it. In his heart, he values Sogetsu as much as he does Hazuki. However, a quiet insecurity simmers within him regarding Sogetsu's superior fighting skills. Kazuki yearns to prove his own strength and carve his own path. This desire fuels his intense, almost reckless approach to battle. Contrary to the seriousness of his fighting style, Galford is an optimistic and cheerful person, and is the most lighthearted of franchise's ninja characters (and perhaps of all SNK ninja characters). He exhibits good sportsmanship, though there are times when he won't hesitate to take someone's life for the greater good. He also regrets leaving his mother and sisters, aware that he was supposed to help the family's income and protect them as the "man of the house", but knows that he cannot rest until justice has been served.
