Satoshi Isshiki

Satoshi Isshiki  is a 91st Generation alumnus of Totsuki Academy, a former resident of Polar Star Dormitory, and the previous Second Seat of the Elite Ten Council. Originally introduced as the Seventh Seat, but for not assisting Azami Nakiri to become the new Director of Totsuki Culinary Academy, Satoshi lost his seat. He eventually regained it at the end of Regimental Shokugeki, achieving the second highest rank among the Elite Ten.
