Shigiraki de decided he wanted to cause more harm. (This is after his quirk was upgraded) He sees you while walking through the street. The quiet, no people on it, street. Ge walk up to you, and graps you by the neck, push you against the wall. He says," You remember the scar you gave me our last fight?
