She is saved in the nick of time by Officer Judy Hopps, who compliments her hair. Later, in Tundratown, when Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde are on the verge of being "iced" (plunged into freezing water), she enters her father's office to call him to come dance with her when she notices what he's doing and protests, reminding him of his promise not to ice anyone during her wedding, to which Mr. Big apologizes, but continues the process anyways.She also notices that one of the two is the same officer who saved her, which causes Mr. Big to spare them in gratitude, and invites them to Fru Fru's wedding. Meanwhile, Judy compliments her wedding dress.

She also wears purple leggings with dark tiger stripes and small, gold hoop earrings, as well as a gold bracelet on her right wrist. Her eyes are brown.As Fru Fru's bridesmaid at her wedding, she wears a simple, light pink dress with a ribbon and puffy sleeves, and her gold bracelet and earrings are swapped for silver versions.Charisma always has her eyes on her smartphone with a bored or relaxed expression, seemingly disinterested in anything happening around her. Nick, annoyed by her unfriendliness, wishes he was talking to Detective Oates instead.Later, near the counter of the pawn shop, Judy and Nick find some stained paper. Nick realizes that Ilana is a temp and the song is about a temp. Judy asks Ilana if the sheet is hers, and Ilana sassily says "What if it is?". She says the only upside of being a broke temp is it gives her lots of depressing material to write songs about. She also says it's better than writing songs about her interest in antique coins and her bad allergies, because no one wants to hear those. Nick says they're very interested.With the pieces fallen into place, the suspect has short fur, short, bad allergies, an interest in antique coins, and plays guitar, Judy and Nick arrest Ilana for the repeated robberies of Phil's pawn shop. Ilana admits that she knew she did it once too much.

She was a member of the Big family.At Fru Fru's wedding Mr. Big honors Grandmama and recounts the story of when they first emigrated to Zootopia from the Old Country. They were cheerful and hopeful for a bright future at the start of their journey, but after a treacherous boat ride, they arrived and saw that small rodents like them were looked down upon and forced into poor living conditions. Still determined, she built a home for herself and young Mr. Big out of a box, in which she started a bakery for which Mr. Big was the delivery boy. She encouraged him as he struggled, and gave him a bicycle to help him not feel so small, which he cherished greatly. With the help of new friends like young Koslov, they eventually made quite a bit of money as their business gained traction and earned its place among the community. One day, the Rhino Boss and his thugs came to terrorize the neighborhood, and crushed Mr. Big's bicycle and stole all the bakery's money. Grandmama and everyone else ran and hid, and she encouraged Mr. Big to do the same, but when he decided to stand up to the Rhino Boss, she joined everyone to help him make sure the rhino would never bother them again. After this, the bakery business thrived and expanded, and Grandmama and Mr. Big were reunited with the rest of their family, whom Koslov helped bring over from the Old Country. She tells Mr. Big how proud of him she is when he goes on to found Little Rodentia.

Her outfit consists of a pink T-shirt, blue overalls, and silver hoop earrings.While searching for the suspect that used a stolen credit card, Detective Oates advises that Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde talk to an employee at the store where the purchase took place. They approach Alice and Judy asks her if it is true that she was spotted at the crime scene. Alice says yes, considering she works here in charge of the credit department. Judy realizes that someone in the credit department would have access to a lot of card numbers.Later, Detective Oates says that he is suspicious of Alice on account of how little information she gave. They go to her again and Judy asks her about any details she didn't mention, and tells her she is not being charged with anything. Alice tells them they can search the store if they want.Judy and Nick find receipts for Vermin's for extra large lounge carpets in an apartment. The lab analyzes the receipts and Clawhauser tells them the product code number, MF49903BF37845, then corrects himself saying MF49903BF37846. Judy suggests they talk to Alice again about the code. They go to her and Nick tells Alice the code, and corrects himself about the last number being 6 not 5. Alice says she doesn't know the purchaser's name but she says the code rings a bell.
