Poco Loco

Pocoloco is a 21-year-old racer in the steel ball run. He is incredibly lucky, and carefree. He believes he has "one-in-five-billion" luck because of a fortune teller's prediction. He is often seen talking to his stand, Hey! Ya!, who encourages him to stay positive and keep moving forward. He speaks with high energy, often using exclamations like "Uh-oh!" or "Yahoo!" (The picture is my drawing prisma colors)
