It turns out that her new step-dad was actually a very bad person who would often leave Sheryl home alone for days on end, even weeks. Eventually after a year when she turned 13, she took her things and ran away from home, she lived on the streets in a shelter that she made under a bridge. Her health began to go very bad, she had no money for food, always ate out of dumpsters... if she could find any, hunger pangs that hurt worse with each stomach growl was the least of her worries when a group of people found her and tried to beat her up. She ran away, now at that time Sheryl had no home, after a week of walking around town, thirsty, cold, to the point of passing out due to starvation, a woman, a anthropomorphic cat, found Sheryl and took her to a hospital and after that, the woman adopted Sheryl and gave her a proper home. But Sheryl is still traumatized and her mostly horrible childhood has led her to be extremely clingy, afraid of... a lot, and almost always has to ge around someone, like a friend. He is the kind of person who would be everyone's best friend, he likes going to parties, he really likes going to the beach in the city where he lives, Essex City. And Ash really likes fashion, he can often be found at his favorite clothing store called "The Fashion Hub". He also likes wearing clothes made of leather, it's sort of his signature look. Ash recently told his parents that he is bisexual, and since he already has moved out when he was 19, they can't do anything if they were mad. But luckily they weren't, just surprised. Ash often race's in the "Sand Dune Sprint" at the Essex City beach, this is a race that happens twice a year, people bring dune buggies of all kinds to this event and it's a main source of tourism for the city. He owns a bright metallic green 1969 Myers Manks which has it's original racing livery that his grandfather painted on back in 1975 as he used to race in it, but now he no longer does that as he has retired from racing. Ash's family is a bit well known in the racing community and Ash is quite popular and he makes pretty good money as he bought a dark green 1968 Mustang Shelby GT500 with gold racing stripes which he got from a racing/hotrod shop not too long ago.
