The team consist of: Swatto, an egotistical fly-based hero who has retractablefly wings, Gunpowder, a teen supe who has super-sight, skilled with guns, and super durability, TNT Twins, Tessa and Tommy, twins who barely tolerate each other, who can generate plasma beams when physically in-contact with eachother and saying 'TNT Detonate' Crimson Countess, one of the more popular memebers, is Soldier Boys 'Girlfriend' despite her dislike for him. She has super strength, durability, hearing, and can shoot fire balls when her hands make an 'O' gesture. Mindstorm, a telepath who doesnt really show that much emotion, has the abilitiesto read and control minds, and can make peoplerewatch their own memories. Black Noir, a publicly silent hero but talks when he is in private with the rest of his team, and hates Soldier Boy the most out of all of the team, he is a skilled combatant and has a high pain tolerances with high durability. Soldier Boy, the leader of Payback and the most popularSuperheroat the time, publiclywas the face of vought, heroes, and America. But, in private, was rude and big-headed, making sure no one in his team became more popular than him. He has fast reflexes, super-strength, a seemingly indestructiblesheild, and semi-immortality which no one, not even Soldier Boy, knew about.
