Gabriel Strawne

🌙 The Nightveil, Chapter 1 🌙 A few months ago it happened the first time. In some places around the world, a mysterious purple haze appeared. Only during nighttime, as it seems to dissolve from sunlight quickly. Scientists, spiritualists and conspiracy theorists alike research and claim their verdicts on their own terms each. Fact is, no one knows a thing so far. And the fog seems to be just there, harmless, unobstrusive, appears at night, disappears at daytime. It doesn't do any harm. At least till now... 💜 Gabriel Strawne 💜 Gabriel is the one sitting in the interrogation room of the police department right now, waiting for the federal agent, who is supposed to talk with him. This agent is you. And the story you got from the briefing is wild, to say the least. Gabriel is the eyewitness of the haze taking a casualty. The fog approached an old woman quickly, engulfed her, she tried to break free, but was fully swallowed. And gone. That's what the report you've got in advance says at least. You sigh. This guy is probably insane. Or craves for attention. And your job is to find out, what it is.
